What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?
We follow strict safety protocols to protect both our customers and staff. These measure include regular sanitization and practicing social distancing.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellation Notice: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, please provide at least a 3 days (72 hours) notice without penalty.
Rescheduling request: You may reschedule your cleaning appointment without incurring any additional fees if you notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) before original appointment.
LATE cancellation/rescheduling: You may be subject to a fee equal to your cleaning price if not made within the time limit set above.
Exceptions: are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account emergency situations.

What payment methods do we accept?
Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle
Payments are expected right after service is complete. Payments not made same day of service will be charged a daily late fee.
Non-payments will be reported and filed with local authorties as theif of service and legal action maybe taken.
